Cheryl Chandra as the only kids couture fashion designer in Indonesia has to deal with the limited communication skills of kids fashion models in fashion show and/or fashion shoot. Interpersonal competence that consist of motivation, knowledge, and interpersonal skills-are series of thoughtful and intentional behavior performed to achieve certain communication goals is needed to fulfill interactional expectations towards kids fashion models. Researcher did a non-participant observation and interview to Cheryl as the informant.
